Working together we can map out the best plan for you to move forward at a healthy and comfortable pace. I believe in building a foundation, incorporating discussion and writing, improving set routines and creating new methods, to help clients achieve their goals. There is no set path to healing; it is based on each individual because no two people walk the exact same path. I am here to work with you, side by side, and ultimately help you reach your goal of healing, moving forward, and making your lifelong journey more fulfilling.
