Please submit any grievances related to the event or continuing education concerns in writing to Sandy Deas, at sandy@safe-havencounseling.org. The professional development committee and executive board of the Central Ohio Counseling
Association will meet and discuss submitted grievances following the
event. Please allow 5 business days for the committee to respond and
work towards a solution together. 

Participants will be provided a full refund if canceling one week prior to the scheduled event. You are not eligible for a refund if you cancel within a week of the scheduled event, please do not show up late or leave early from the event. Attendance at the entire session(s) is required to remain compliant with board standards for approval of continuing education. If there is an emergency, please contact Sandy Deas at sandy@safe-havencounseling.com to discuss options regarding a refund or concerns related to canceling.
